For a lot of us men our goals are not to be the biggest, the most ripped, or the strongest. Our goals are just to stay lean, toned, and healthy. We've created a workout plan to help you do just that. This is a very simple and easy to follow plan. It's a circuit training style workout which will keep your muscles firm and the fat off, while at the same time strengthening your cardiovascular system. It works because it has you moving from one exercise to another with little to no rest. By doing these exercises in the order we've laid out your body will become tone and firm and your cardiovascular system will be in top shape.    

WEIGHT WORKOUT DAYS

Do this 3x a week for beginners and 4x a week for more advanced people.

WARM UP

Before each workout do cardio for about 10 min at 60-70% of your Maximum Hearth rate (MHR).

REST TIME

There is no rest time because your goal is to get through this workout as fast as possible. The first time you may rest 30 seconds between each set, but by the third week you may not even need to rest at all.

CARDIO DAYS

Each day you don't lift weights make sure to do cardio for twenty minutes to one hour. On days you lift follow the cardio plan that comes with the "Men's Toning Routine Workout Plan".
