Gain Muscle and Lose Fat Workout Plan
Many times when I'm in the gym I'll start talking with someone about their fitness goals. One of the most common goals I hear is men wanting to Gain muscle and Lose fat. But how most of them are going about it is all wrong. They tell me that for the next couple months they are going to do a lot of cardio and eat less to lose the fat. Then after they do that they'll focus on gaining the muscle. That's like a basketball player saying my goal is to be the best player in the game. To do that I will need to have good defense and to be able to shoot the ball well. So for the next couple months I'll do nothing but shoot and once I'm able to shoot the ball well then I'll put all my focus in playing defense. This is not very efficient.
